🛠️ What Changed? We’ve replaced the old, generic #lfg-competitive and #lfg-premier channels with a region-based LFG system.
Instead of everyone being funneled into the same two channels, you now get access to LFG channels based on your geographic region — ensuring you’re matched with players who are nearby and can provide a smoother, lower-ping gaming experience.
🌍 How It Works When you join CS2 Central, you’ll go through a quick Discord onboarding process where you select your region. Once that’s done, you’ll automatically gain access to the LFG channels relevant to your area making it easier than ever to find solid teammates with better connection quality.
🧠 Why We Did It The old system felt too broad and disconnected. By going region-based, we’re:
